The Vanguard G190 case comes with an HDMI cable to connect the console to the monitor as well as a remote control.
The monitor’s default settings looked fantastic when I turned on the Xbox One so I really didn’t have to fiddle with anything, except maybe the brightness.
You also have the option to adjust the contrast and saturation. For the audio, you can adjust the balance, treble, and bass or you can get real detailed with the five-band equalizer.
Setting up the case on a desk or table is preferred and in the case with my Xbox One, its height kind of obstructed a little bit of the bottom
of the monitor if I slouched or leaned back in my chair.
I don’t think that’s the case with the other consoles. But it’s fine, I need to be sitting up straight anyway.
I was able to play Destiny, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, and Sunset Overdrive in what felt like a more intimate setting than playing on my 42” Phillips TV.
